
This retreat is a great opportunity to review your 2018 with acceptance and affirmation and to find the stillness and peace of mind to be able to embrace all that is coming with a brand new year cycle. Come with a partner or friend, or by yourself. You will join a tranquil New Year’s Eve midnight meditation on House of Zen´s gorgeous rooftop overlooking the stars and the sea, followed by warm tea and healthy goodies. After a good night of sleep, you will start the new year with yoga and a gorgeous mindful walk by the coast, setting fine tuning your balance and bring out the best version of yourself!
During your stay, you will be provided with practical instruction and time to explore serenity, mind and body awareness in a supportive and guided environment. Such as an immersion course in a language, the central practice in this retreat is mindfulness. House of Zen will work at developing attention, sensitivity, and awareness through yoga practice, sitting and walking meditation, led by experienced yoga and meditation instructors.
No previous experience is required, just be open to focus on self-awareness and the beautiful sea that lies in front of you.
