You will start with a morning yoga class awakening your senses for the daytime exploration. The early evening practice will assist you to ground your mind and heart for a good night of sleep. For this retreat, you do not need to have previous knowledge of meditation or yoga. You just have to be open for inner and outer exploration! The program provides practical instruction and time to explore serenity, wisdom, and compassion in a supportive environment. Such as an immersion course in a language, the central practice in this retreat is mindfulness. We will work at developing attention, sensitivity, and awareness through sitting and walking meditation led by our local guide and Yoga/Meditation Instructor.
