This is a week program to restore your balance with daily yoga practice and get to know the basics of the principles of ancient Ayurveda.
Ayurveda, the ancient Indian medicine with an over 5000-year history of healing. Ayurveda is based on the deep respect for the body as the temple of the soul and develops itself as an intelligent, docile, adaptive and preventive medicine, targeting for longevity, poise, and enlightenment.
By acknowledging its principles and assessing your unique body and mind profile you will be able to improve the quality of your health, living in closer harmony with the rhythms of the Universe.

We believe that eating a plant-based diet and reducing your intake of processed and chemically refined food products contribute to a better health. We make every effort to buy local products when available. This is our small contribution towards a more sustainable and healthier lifestyle.
We serve an Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian breakfast including:
